In Oracle’s second annual multicloud survey, 451 Research, part of S&P Global Market Intelligence, was commissioned to conduct a multicloud survey in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. The survey was conducted during the third quarter of 2022 with a cross-industry sample of 1,500 enterprise respondents.
